From the port of Piraeus, high-speed passenger ferries depart daily, which only take passengers and not cars, as well as ferry boats that take passengers and vehicles to Poros. The journey time is approximately 1 hour for the high-speed ferries and 2 hours and 20 minutes for the ferry boats.

The high-speed ferry routes are operated by Hellenic Seaways, Alpha Lines and Magicsea Ferries, while the ferry boats are operated by Saronic Ferries.
