- Check-in time: 15:00 (Early check-in from 10:00, subject to availability, at a cost of 25€ + VAT)
- Check-out time: 11:00 (Latr check-out until 14:00, subject to availability, at a cost of 25€ + VAT)
- No Un-Registered Guests
- No Smoking and vaping in the room (cleaning fee €150)
- No Parties or Events
- Lost Keys Will Incur a Replacement Fee of €150
- No pets
- Quiet hours 15.00 – 17.30 & 23.00 – 07.00
- Respect Towels & Sheets
- Guests Agrees to Pay for Damages during their stay
- The host can check the room - apartment during the stay
